In this senior-level role, you'll focus on developing manual and automated test systems, refining testing procedures, and working closely with design engineering, supply chain, and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop Test Solutions: Design, validate, and implement manual and automated test systems for both new and existing products.
  • Provide Technical Support: Debug test systems hands-on and train production personnel to ensure effective test execution.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with design, software, and manufacturing teams to integrate and optimize test processes.
  • Drive Process Improvements: Monitor test results, identify areas for improvement, and implement cost-saving, efficiency-boosting initiatives.
  • Document and Automate: Create and maintain detailed test design documentation and automated testing suites.

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

A strong background in engineering principles, electronics, circuitry, and embedded systems, along with experience in manual and automated test strategies. Proficiency in LabView NI or Python and the ability to lead smaller technical projects are essential. You’ll need a bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least 5 years of relevant experience (or 3 years with a master’s degree).
